The Power of Affirmations: Moving From Contemplation to Manifestation

Manifestation through prayer is a universal, transformative process that intertwines the power of Hope (faith + expectations) with intention. Love More’s Manifestation Cycle explores a five-step sequence designed to guide Journeyers from the conception of prayer to its fulfillment, emphasizing the navigation of Spiritual, Social, Psychological, and Emotional landscapes as we birth our butterflies through many environments that are not cocoon-friendly.

  1. Think the Prayer:
Our Thoughts are Prayers, and We are always Praying.
Our Thoughts are Prayers, Love More is what we are saying.
    Our energy is a vibration.
A Frequency to heal the nation.
And know that God is always here.
And every thought becomes a Prayer.

The journey begins in the quiet sanctuaries of our minds. Thinking the affirmation and prayer is to form a clear and focused intention. It is the contemplation we plan to implement. This step clarifies what we wish to manifest in our lives. It is essential to approach this step with a mindset infused with Love, Light, Joy, Hope, Peace, Purpose, Liberation, and Transformation. Manifesting our Prayers is not about wishing; it is believing that what we seek is not only possible but already happening. Manifesting requires our thoughts to be free of doubt, forming a vision that resonates with our deepest desires and values. So Pay attention to your attention, and as Momma Sonya would say, “Let’s Mind Our Mind.”
Contemplation involves deep thinking or reflection, often focused on specific topics or ideas. When we contemplate, we engage in a mental exercise that digs deeper into our beliefs, values, and understanding of the world. This thoughtful process helps solidify these ideas within our minds, making them more likely to influence our behaviors and how we express ourselves. Affirmations are positive statements often repeated to impact our thoughts and behaviors positively. By affirmatively stating something, we are reinforcing what we intend to manifest. Affirmations mold the subconscious into thinking a certain way, effectively training the mind to believe in and embrace its highest vibration.

2. Speaking the Prayer

Articulating our prayers and affirmations is where thought transforms into spoken word, a powerful act that externalizes our internal intentions. Speaking our prayers is a declaration to the multiverse, asserting our desires. These words must be spoken with conviction and faith. Our voices’ vibration carries our intentions outward, beginning its journey from the metaphysical to the physical realm. This step reinforces our beliefs and strengthens our resolve, allowing expectations to resonate through every spoken word.
As our internalized thoughts and affirmations become ingrained, they organically influence our speech. The integration occurs because language is not just a means of communication but also a way of shaping and expressing our identity and worldview. As we frequently think about and mentally affirm specific ideas, these notions smoothly transition into our spoken words.

3. Affirm the Prayer

Affirmation is the reinforcement of our spoken prayer through repetitive, positive declarations. These affirmations should be specific, positive, and present tense, as though what we manifest is already happening. This practice is designed to deepen our faith and sculpt our subconscious mind to align with our desires. The repeated affirmations are firm reminders of our commitment and belief in the possibility of our prayer’s fulfillment. The power of affirmation lies in its ability to reshape our mindset and keep us aligned with our faith, especially in moments of doubt or uncertainty.

4. Be and Live the Prayer

Being/Living the prayer is perhaps the most dynamic and challenging step. It involves embodying the change we wish to see, acting as if our prayers have already been answered. Being/Living the Prayer means aligning our daily actions, behaviors, and choices with the outcomes we expect to manifest. By being the prayer, we create a congruence between our external actions and internal desires, fostering an environment ripe for manifestation. This step is a testament to the power of living as though the prayer has already come to fruition, reinforcing a state of gratitude and readiness to receive.

5. Manifest the Prayer

The culmination of the manifesting process is the physical realization of our prayers. This stage unfolds naturally when the previous steps are approached with sincerity and commitment. Over time, as we adopt and embrace a Universal vibration of Love, with similar contemplation patterns and affirmations, these spoken words and phrases begin to weave themselves into the broader cultural fabric. What starts as a personal practice can spread through social interactions, media, education, and other communication forms, eventually becoming commonplace in dialogues and cultural narratives. Through the cycle of manifestation, we can be the “Butterfly Effect,” and our affirmations can lead to shifts in societal values, norms, and behaviors. Manifestation is the conversion of all our hopeful intentions, spoken words, affirmations, and actions into the reality we have envisioned. The key to successful manifestation lies in maintaining a steady belief in the outcome, fueled by unwavering faith and a positive expectancy throughout the process.

Manifesting through prayer is a profound process that requires more than just asking—it demands belief, action, and a heart full of Love and Hope. By nurturing faith, affirming our desires, and aligning our actions with our intentions, we open ourselves to the wondrous possibilities of fulfillment and transformation.

The Impact of Unresolved Trauma

It’s crucial to acknowledge how unresolved trauma can influence this process. Trauma can skew our thoughts, infuse our beliefs with doubt, and disrupt our emotional equilibrium. These internal conflicts can cause us to subconsciously sabotage our efforts at manifestation. Addressing and healing from such trauma is essential, as it clears the path for more positive, affirming thoughts and helps maintain the cycle of Hope and belief needed for successful manifestation.
