Join us for a sacred reawakening of the dreamer within.
“The Dreamer Returns”
I am born in silence, but I scream with light.
I dance in daylight, yet I’m born each night.
What am I?
I am the dreams freed from the screams,
Reclaimed from the seams of broken themes.
I am not the nightmare’s cry.
I am the wings that will carry you through the sky.
I am your ancestor’s legacy
and hold the key to set the spirit free.
So, Dream of flight, caterpillar.
It’s your birthright; there is nothing realer.
So never deny that you were meant to fly.
This week, we release the grip of trauma and reclaim imagination as a tool for healing and transformation. Together, we will explore what it means to Dream Free and allow Love, Hope, and Possibility to fill the spaces fear once controlled. Remember, “The stars do not apologize for shining.” Let’s shine without shame and dream without fear, letting our imagination be the revolution and our dreams the resurrection.
So we invite you to dream big, without limits, and to dream as if you’ve never been lied to, hurt, or told “no.” Dream because it’s your divine right. Because survival is not the finish line, and thriving is the next chapter. Today on Butterfly Mondays, we become the dreamcatchers of our own lives.
Let the nightmares fade, and let your dreams rise.
There is a space inside each of us untouched by fear.
A sacred place where dreams remain wild, where hope continues to breathe, and where our inner child still whispers, “What if it does work out?”
Too often, trauma rewrites our dreams.
It marks imagination with red ink, filled with thoughts of “too risky,” “too unrealistic,” and “too good to be true.”
But this Butterfly Monday, we take back the pen.
Dreams free from trauma serve as sacred gateways to new possibilities. To dream as if we’ve never experienced a nightmare is to reclaim the innocence of imagination, to create from vision instead of fear, and to let our hearts whisper again.
Positive psychology shows us that meaning, hope, and vision are essential for well-being.
This means dreaming isn’t just mental activity; it’s a pathway to mental wellness.
Let’s affirm and manifest our divine cocoons together. #WeAreTheButterflyEffect
