We are surrendering to Love, not fleeing from pain, and we understand that transformation is a birthright that comes through accepting our divine cocoons.

“Letting Go Of My Wizzo” by Dr. Bruce Purnell
I’m letting go of my Wizzo, I’m reclaiming my righteous Mind
A road less traveled, A new me to find
I have chased the applause and taken my bows for the show.
On this Yellow Brick Road, there was always more to reap before I sow.
Let go of my Wizzo, I say goodbye without a wave.
I’m burning the costume, with no fabric left to be saved.
My cocoon is being revealed. I’ve always seen it in my sleep.
Psychological Chains are dissolving, healing these mental wounds that run deep.
I am the butterfly effect, and now I am realizing.
That I am the Dream Catcher and the Phoenix Rising
I now speak through affirmations, and I am releasing fear.
I have Everything I was searching for, it was already here.
Join us for a sacred gathering as we shift from performing to transforming. The Wizzo’s illusion has kept us chasing external validation, afraid of stillness, and conditioned to believe healing is outside of us. But no more. This Butterfly Monday is about what happens when we stop running and start cocooning.
What does it mean to cocoon emotionally, spiritually, and communally?
How do we let go of the Wizzo and finally choose ourselves?
Get ready to enter a portal of release, reflection, and radical Love. We’re not performing anymore. We are preparing for flight. For too long, we’ve been walking the Yellow Brick Road, hoping a wizard will make us whole. The Wizzo, a master illusionist, promised us healing, love, joy, and worth… if only we kept walking, performing, perfecting, and producing. But the truth is: there is no Wizzo, and the external cavalry is not coming to the rescue. The cocoon is not a prison; it is a portal. Cocooning is choosing sacred stillness, not quitting. It is unlearning the lies of performance and power and surrendering to the real work: healing our nervous systems, restoring our joy, reclaiming our narratives, and becoming who we were always meant to be. To “Let Go My Wizzo” is to turn away from illusions and turn inward toward Love. This is Cocooning 101.
We enter not with fear, but with faith.
We emerge not to prove, but to fly.
We leave behind the noise and listen to our own heartbeats.
This Butterfly Mondays, we reclaim our cocoon, not as a sign of retreat, but as the revolutionary beginning of transformation.
We are becoming the “Social Architects” who will design our healing and transformation.
Let’s affirm and manifest our divine cocoons together. #WeAreTheButterflyEffect

Objective:
Journeyers enter small groups and develop a Healing Strategy to transform the traumatized residents of WizOz, those who have been trapped in the illusion of the Wizzo, disillusioned by fear, and distanced from joy.
Instructions:
Each group receives a scenario: (Each Group will take Group E today
Group A: Medusa has closed herself off to survive. How can she safely rejoin the community?
Group B: Shamu is worn out from performing and feels unsure about her identity.
Group C: Hannibal desires peace but was never shown how to rest.
Group D: The Grinch feels lonely but masks it with anger.
Group E: An entire village believes the Wizzo is their only hope for happiness.
Strategize with your group (20 minutes):
Identify the trauma conditioning behind their current state.
Develop a 3-step healing plan that includes:
Emotional safety
Cultural affirmation
Spiritual cocooning
Present your Healing Strategy back to the whole group: include a poem, chant, or visual metaphor.
Debrief Questions:
• What illusions did your character believe?
• What systems kept them loyal to the Wizzo?
• What does cocooning look like for them?
• What would it mean for them to finally rest, heal, and believe in their own wings?
Clicking Our Heels & Returning to H-“OM”-E
The good news on our journey is that we do not have to wait any longer because our cocoons are ready for us to enter right now. We have traveled far and endured a traumatic story with symptoms like generational trauma, false awareness, deviation from divine purpose, and fractured identities as we moved through the vast land of WizOz. Knowing that our real destination, cocoons and wings, have always been within us has been like finding an oasis in the desert and realizing it was there all along. The Caterpillar’s Journey of the Heart prepares us to step into the mystical Land of WizOz, but today, it invites us to enter our divine cocoons. There, we will begin an expedition to discover our divine transformation and healing blueprint and walk the sacred paths leading to our Journey to the vibration of Joy. Still, we do not enter this next phase looking for what we lack. Instead, we come with an awareness of the phenomenal tools and divine gifts that we carry.
Remember that we are not traveling to find healing. We are traveling to remember that healing and transformation not only begin with us but are also already within us. The journey ahead is not about earning Love but about embodying it. It is not about chasing purpose but about awakening what has always been sacred within us. This journey to the vibration of joy is not about reaching a distant destination. It is about returning to our righteous minds and sacred ‘H-“OM”-E’. So, as we prepare to click our heels and move forward, we do so with a deeper understanding that our divine power, purpose, gifts, and portals are not at the end of the Yellow Brick Road. Our power lies within, embodied in every step we take in Love, Light, Joy, Hope, Peace, Purpose, Liberation, Forgiveness, and Transformation. Every breath we reclaim for our butterfly gardens and every truth we speak in the vibration of Joy is a confirmation of our commitment to spirit over the world.
